Private 1-On-1 Lessons are just that: individualized lessons where you and your dog will work hands-on one on one with your trainer.

At Precision Dog Sport we understand that not all dogs learn by the same training methods. So during your Private Lessons, your trainer will help you address behavioral issues with a program tailored exclusively to your and your dog’s needs. Although different dogs have different needs, they do all have one thing in common: the foundation to any dog’s behavior is communication. In these five lessons you will learn how to communicate effectively with your dog while s/he learns to understand your expectations and to meet them.

If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, then Private 1-on-1 Lessons are for you:

• Is it impossible to enjoy a walk with your dog because s/he constantly pulls or lunges while on leash?
• Do you worry about losing your dog because every time a door opens s/he darts out?
• Do you have concerns about having your dog around other people because s/he jumps up, doesn’t listen to you, or is just too excitable in new situations?
• Do you want your dog to understand and obey basic commands such as: proper heel, sit/stay, down/stay, place, and recall?

The Private 1-on-1 Lesson package is a great way to strengthen the relationship you have with your dog through improved leadership and guidance. We will help you move away from attributing human assumptions to explaining his/her behavior and move towards critical understanding of true canine behavior. We will also work together to set up household management systems; proper exercise habits; and best nutrition habits in order to treat the whole dog, not just the symptoms of bad behavior.
